Burgan Consulting Limited also has its own Business Information products to offer clients. We focus on reporting tools that, at their core, will 'add-in' and reside within Microsoft Excel. The products are much more than this and can publish to the web and in "pdf" format also; but because we are seeking to work closely with organisations' finance departments, the Microsoft Excel functionaility is prioritised. Most accountants use Micorosft Excel extensively and will already know how to format their reports in Excel, create graphs and create good looking documents. Why waste time learning lots of new reporting layout skills when this part of the learning curve has already been traversed. As a Business Partner to Infineo Solutions and to Excel in Business, we can supply products such as "InsideXL" and "A La Carte".

This is a superb product that runs on a microsoft SQL server and links well to any finance and ERP software. The product is very competitvely priced, is completely scalable and allows additional concurrent user licences to be purchased at a later dates, to suit your needs as you grow. The add-in within Excel makes working with the product easy and intuitive. Inside has been succcessfully and extensively linked to many finance and ERP packages, both in France and the UK, and it is working across a large variety of business sectors. The product can be "live" linked or connected via a "data mart" or "data wharehouse". Burgan Consulting is the first to work with Infineo UK and connect up with the Sage X3 software. Burgan Consulting has a specialism for linking BI to Sage X3.

It is worth asking us whether your finance software already has a "live" link written for it, many do. If your finance software is one that has not been linked to Inside XL previously, Burgan Consulting will write the link for you, or if you need a more bespoke solution we can use Inside Studio to create a business specific "data mart" for you. The Studio part of the Inside product sets it appart from many other BI products. It allows you to make your own bespoke "data mart" solution. We will help you and set up your own data requests and show you how to use the software so that finance can operate without having to involve the IT department when altering your immediate data needs. Burgan Consulting very much likes using this product to build solutions for our clients. It is fast to set up and simple to use.

Inside Studio software puts you in control. You will be able to integrate your BI by linking not only to the finance system but many other business databases and so retrieve data from, for example, your HR database or from your sales and booking systems.

You will be able to report on all business data we make retrievable from your data mart or from your live linked connectors using the same Inside XL product. Burgan Consulting will set up all connectors to ensure your own chosen staff can administer and self-serve from those connectors.

Inside Studio also acts as the control centre for user profiling and access security for the Inside XL report writer/Excel Add-In.

Burgan Consulting has a very close relationship with Infineo UK. Inside is a product which can and should be used by any size of business from the smaller Sage 50 businesses through to global Sage X3 businesses. If you set your business up with this BI product early on, then even when your business grows and you upgrade your accounting system your BI package can easily be scaled up. Your accounts team will not need to re-learn how to use a different reporting tool.

Inside Studio will suit the growing SME and comes into its own as your data reporting needs become more sophisticated.

This product is operated totally from within a Microsoft Excel Add-In and is so extensive it commands several entire menu tabs within Excel. You will be amazed, how a major product in its own right can all sit within Excel. It has many set-up screens that are accessed from the Microsoft Excel menu tabs, giving the user a full report writing experience that just happens to live inside the Microsoft Excel product.

Burgan Consuting is the preferred Business Partner, working as a reseller of this product, with installs for any clients running Sage X3. The relationship we have with Excel in Business is specifically for us to oversee the Sage X3 market channel for this product and we will act globally as necessary.

Indeed Burgan Consulting worked with Excel in Business and explained the Sage X3 table structure to them so that a generic connector could be written to link the product up with Sage X3 in order to enter the Sage X3 market. As such we offer this superb product to businesses running Sage X3 and especially recommend it to businesses that already have a global presence or who plan soon to have one. The product is rented and a single price applies no matter how many users make use of the product.

Depending on the complexity of your business the set up will require a number of charged consultancy days from Burgan Consulting intially, but then there are no capital outlays for any software licences. Rather than sell you a hefty license cost at the outset, the software house relies totally on the quality of the product and of our set up of this product within your business.
